Routine non-emergency calls, prescription refills, scheduling questions, billing questions and referral needs are addressed during business hours. Return calls are attempted at noon or after-hours. Every attempt is made to return calls in a timely manner.

Every attempt is made to see acute non-emergency problems the same day or within 24 hours. If the problem is an emergency, you may be directed to the nearest Emergency Room.

For after-hour emergencies, please call our main number and the answering service will contact our physician on call. If your call results in a diagnosis or prescription, there may be a telephone consultation fee.

To cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we may give that time to another patient.
