  • Physical Therapy - Our physical therapy department will work closely with you to provide a treatment plan specific to your condition.
  • DEXA Scan (Bone Density Testing) - Dexa scanning is the most accurate and advanced test available for measuring the body’s bone density or strength.
  • Ultrasound - Ultrasound can help determine causes of abdominal pain, assess whether blood clots are present in legs and assess whether certain arteries are blocked.
  • Echocardiography - Echocardiography is a diagnostic specialty that is used to diagnose certain cardiovascular diseases.
  • Nuclear Medicine - Nuclear scanning helps us diagnose diseases of the thyroid gland, bone, gallbladder and heart.
  • Sleep Studies – Everyone feels better when they sleep well. But quality sleep isn't just an issue of comfort, it’s an issue of health.
  • Stress Testing - Stress testing allows us to determine whether coronary artery disease is present. When combined with nuclear scanning, this is a very sensitive test for heart disease.
  • Complete Physicals
  • DOT / FAA Physicals - These physicals can be done on-site, and Dr. Urban is a senior medical aviation medical examiner.
  • Routine Gynecological Care - We are able to perform your annual pap smear with the latest HPV screening tests.
  • EKG, Stress Testing, Holter Monitoring - All these tests can either be performed or set up on-site with rapid results reports to your doctor.
  • Pulmonary Function Testing, Nebulizer Treatments - These can be performed on-site with immediate results/treatment.
  • Cancer Screening
  • Immunizations - Standard adult and adolescent immunizations are available on-site.
  • Mole / Skin Lesion Removal - Skin cancers, bothersome moles, warts and other skin abnormalities can be treated with local surgery on site.
  • Minor Laceration Repair - We can perform minor laceration repairs on-site.
